Not every "manufacturer" advertised online owns real production equipment. Before you commit to an order, you should be able to confirm who you're actually buying from, and see the testing that stands behind every tube. Here's exactly how to verify TeCarve, book a live video audit, and review the testing and inspection every shipment goes through.
Two Real, Registered Manufacturing Partners
TeCarve Tech Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou, established 2025) coordinates export, quality control, and documentation for two independently registered production partners:
Both registrations are public and checkable on China's National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (gsxt.gov.cn). This is also why we say "manufacturing partners" rather than claiming to own both factories outright — coordinating two specialized production bases lets each one focus on what it does best, while TeCarve manages export, quality control, and documentation across both.
Book a Live Video Factory Audit
No flights required. We offer a scheduled, one-on-one live video factory audit over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp, at a time that works for you. A typical audit covers raw material storage, our cold-drawing/piercing/welding production lines, the annealing heat-treatment workshop, a live PMI (Positive Material Identification) demonstration, and end-forming and packaging. Below are real photos from our Wenzhou manufacturing partner's seamless-tube production line, the kind of equipment a video audit will show you in person.

See it yourself before you commit to an order.

In-House Testing on Every Order
| Test | Coverage | Standard |
|---|---|---|
| Eddy current (NDT) | 100% of tubes | ASTM A1016 / A450 / EN 10246 |
| Hydrostatic pressure | 100% of tubes, 20–30 MPa, 5–10s hold | — |
| Chemical composition (OES) | Every heat/lot | Cross-checked against mill certs |
| PMI (handheld XRF) | Every shipment batch | Prevents grade mix-ups |
| Dimensional | Every batch | Micrometer, thickness gauge, go/no-go gauges, laser + tape length check |
Heat exchanger tubes additionally undergo 100% flattening, flaring/expansion, and bend testing (plus reverse flattening for welded tube), confirming the tube won't crack during tube-sheet expansion in the field. Intergranular corrosion testing (ASTM A262 Practice E or A, or GB/T 4334) is available on request for austenitic and duplex grades.
Third-Party Inspection, When You Need It
For buyers who require independent verification, we've worked with SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV Rheinland, and Intertek, most often on oil & gas and heat exchanger export orders to Europe and the Middle East. A typical third-party inspection covers pre-shipment inspection (PSI), dimensional and visual sampling, wall-thickness re-check, on-site witness of hydrostatic/NDT testing, and container seal supervision, with an inspection certificate issued for that specific order.
Material Test Certificates (MTC)
Every order ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate as standard, issued by the producing facility's independent QC department and covering chemical composition and mechanical properties traceable to the production heat/lot.
For high-pressure, pressure-vessel, or specified engineering projects, an EN 10204 3.2 certificate is available on request: a customer-nominated third-party inspector witnesses sampling, mechanical testing, and non-destructive testing on-site, then co-signs the certificate alongside the facility's QC lead.
