What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Trial orders for standard stainless pipe and tube start from 100–300 kg per size; capillary tubing starts from 100 pieces per size and needle tubing from 500 pieces per gauge. Smaller trial quantities can sometimes be accommodated from in-stock sizes — contact sales to check availability for your specific dimension.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock standard sizes ship in 7–10 days. Custom production orders ship in 10–25 days after deposit and drawing sign-off, depending on order volume, dimensions and surface finish.
What certifications and documentation do you provide?
TeCarve holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) certification, issued by Shanghai Ingeer Certification Assessment Co., Ltd. Every batch ships with a Mill Test Certificate (EN 10204 3.1) covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat-number traceability.

Can TeCarve produce custom specifications?
Yes. Custom outer diameter, wall thickness, length, and end treatments (beveled, plain, threaded, flanged) are available across all 19 product lines. Custom orders are produced at our Foshan or Wenzhou partner factory depending on the product line and quantity; stainless steel clad pipe is produced by a specialist clad-pipe partner mill.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C, and Western Union are accepted for international orders.
How are TeCarve's product lines distributed across its partner factories?
Our Foshan partner factory produces welded, coiled, heat exchanger and sanitary pipe & tube; our Wenzhou partner factory produces seamless, coiled, heat exchanger, sanitary and thick-walled pipe & tube.
Can I mix different tube types in a single shipment?
Yes. Because TeCarve centrally manages export operations for both partner factories, buyers can consolidate seamless, welded, sanitary, and custom-profile tubes into a single container or LCL shipment, reducing logistics costs and port documentation fees.
