What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Typical MOQ is 100 kg per size/grade combination. Smaller trial quantities can sometimes be accommodated from in-stock sizes — contact sales to check availability for your specific dimension.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 15–25 business days. Expedited delivery within 10 days is available for in-stock sizes. Custom dimensions or non-standard grades typically require 25–35 days.
What certifications and documentation do you provide?
TeCarve holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) certification, issued by Shanghai Ingeer Certification Assessment Co., Ltd. Every batch ships with a Mill Test Certificate (EN 10204 3.1) covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat-number traceability.

Can TeCarve produce custom specifications?
Yes. Custom outer diameter, wall thickness, length, and end treatments (beveled, plain, threaded, flanged) are available across all 18 product lines. Custom orders are produced at our Foshan or Wenzhou facility depending on the product line and quantity.
