Inquiry Guide: What to Include for an Accurate 24-Hour Quote
To receive an accurate quotation without unnecessary back-and-forth communication, please specify as many of the following details as possible in your message:
- Material Grade: 304, 304L, 316L, 321, 310S, 904L, Duplex 2205, etc.
- Dimensions & Tolerances: Outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID), and wall thickness (WT).
- Length: Standard random lengths, 6 m fixed lengths, or cut-to-length parts.
- Manufacturing Standard: ASTM A312, ASTM A269, ASTM A270, ASTM A213, EN 10217-7, etc.
- Surface Finish: Pickled & annealed, bright annealed, mechanical polish (180–600 grit), or electro-polished.
- Order Quantity: Estimated trial quantity or project tonnage.
- Delivery Terms: FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP.
- Custom Fabrication: Attach 2D (PDF/DWG) or 3D drawings for bent, flared, slotted, or shaped profiles.
