nickel alloy pipe & tube
TeCarve seamless nickel alloy pipe and tube covers Alloy 625, Alloy 600, Alloy 825, C-276, Alloy 400 and Nickel 200/201, the grades buyers often call Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy and Monel. The tube is cold-drawn or cold-rolled in the special-alloy workshop of the Wenzhou plant and exported through TeCarve, the plant’s exclusive factory-direct export channel.
Each alloy is ordered to the ASTM specification that lists its UNS number: N06625 to B444, N06600 to B167, N08825 to B423, N10276 to B622, N04400 to B165, and N02200 and N02201 to B161. Condenser and heat-exchanger tube in N06600, N08825, N04400 and nickel can also be ordered to B163.
Sizes run OD 3–219 mm with WT 0.5–20 mm, plus capillary and coil diameters of OD 0.5–6.0 mm. Stock sizes start at 50–100 kg and custom cold-drawn runs at 300–500 kg per size.
